Complex steel structures should be evaluated as connected systems, not isolated members. A three-dimensional analysis model allows SSD to study how gravity and lateral loads travel through framing, diaphragms, bracing, supports, and foundations.

The Robot workflow supports early design decisions, detailed verification, and coordinated communication of reactions and demands to the rest of the project team.

Steel frame modeling

Three-dimensional Robot models for beams, columns, braced frames, moment frames, trusses, platforms, conveyors, pipe racks, vessel-support structures, equipment supports, and multi-level industrial systems.

Loading + load paths

Gravity, wind, snow, seismic, equipment, platform, maintenance, and lateral loading are assembled into a coordinated analysis model to review how forces move through the structure.

Analysis + optimization

Member forces, reactions, drift, deflection, stability, and utilization results inform practical member selection, connection reactions, and foundation design criteria.

Deliverables + coordination

Analysis output is translated into clear design drawings, steel details, equipment reactions, vessel and pipe-rack support loads, and BIM coordination information that supports fabrication and construction.
